COURAGE FOR KIKI
Story
Kiani is quickly heading towards the 12 month mark of her diagnosis for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukeamia (ALL). Although she still has two years of treatment remaining, the last 12 months has been nothing short of a nightmare that has included 80+ nights stayed on Kookaburra Ward (Children's Cancer Ward), 200+ days at The Royal Children's Hospital, 100's of doses of chemotherapy and medications, countless blood transfusions, ongoing scans/tests and many emergency admissions during the early hours of the morning.
The biggest shining light for us is knowing that we have The Royal Children's Hospital and their amazing staff on our side working to cure this cruel disease that no child or family should ever have to experience. This unique and special place is right on our door step and also helping thousands of other families on a daily basis across Victoria and Australia.
We are fundraising and running/walking for not only our courageous daughter but for all families and children having to go through the doors of The Royal Children's Hospital.

The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal (Good Friday Appeal) brings together people from all parts of the community to raise money for the benefit of The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. Funds raised support research, state-of-the-art equipment, education and training, and family centred care programs.
